Valérie Fortin (Anugraha) is a French-Canadian facilitator based in Mexico City, offering in-person and online sessions to clients in Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. She guides individuals through the transformative 10-session process of Childhood Deconditioning, weaving somatic therapy, movement, and emotional integration.
A lifelong dancer, actress, astrologer, and ritual practitioner, Valérie also draws from Zen practice, Sufi whirling, Ayurveda, herbalism, and cross-cultural rites of passage. She is trained in psychedelic-assisted facilitation and specializes in supporting those ready to break cycles and reconnect with their embodied truth.
Valérie holds space with depth, clarity, and creative presence. She offers sessions in both French and English.
